Phil Harcourt

Director

Phil is a professional civil engineer with over 45 years of post-graduate experience and over 20 years in the steel and concrete remediation industry.

As Managing Director of Duratec and DDR, he is responsible for the overall management of the company, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), strategic planning and business development.

Tom Hutcheson

Director

Tom has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a specialist applicator who takes great pride in the company delivering a first-class job on time and on budget. Thomas is passionate and committed to providing opportunities in employment and training for local indigenous people, particularly the younger generation. He is dedicated to improving the economic outcomes of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and is proud to have a successful business which allows him to be able to offer such opportunities.

Shane Katauskas

Shane, General Manager for DDR Australia, focuses on building long-lasting, positive relationships and enabling effective forecasting, management, and budget control. With over 25 years of experience in various industries, he has a strong understanding of construction and project management principles, team leadership, and collaborative work. Shane seeks new connections and nurtures existing ones.

Peter Cox

Peter, our Aboriginal Engagement and Mentoring Manager, supports project management teams in achieving Indigenous Engagement targets, providing support and mentoring to current Indigenous employees, and engaging with local communities for future recruitment.
