Project Description

Refurbishment works to 5RAR Headquarters Building and Sergeants Mess including painting works, replacement of flooring coverings, replacement of HVAC units and mould remediation.

SCOPE OF WORKS
• Repairing, surface preparation and painting of the internal surfaces.
• Removal, disposal and replacement of all floor coverings.
• Removal, disposal and replacement of HVAC units located in two internal and external plant rooms.
• Professional mould cleaning of the HVAC ductwork.
• Furniture decanting and recanting, equipment and finishes.

Project HIGHLIGHTS

The proposed HVAC system was not reaching performance requirements. DDR proposed the upgrade of equipment with a larger cooling capacity for enhanced performance and ensure Regulation and Specification compliance requirements.
